Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Mluen (the "Service"), provided by the operator of Mluen ("Mluen", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
  • You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of your account.

3. The Service

Mluen aggregates third-party AI model providers and exposes them through a single workspace and wallet. When you run a generation, your prompt and any inputs are routed to the model provider you select. Those providers operate independently and may impose their own usage rules, content restrictions, and service availability.

4. Wallet, pricing, and payments

  • The Service is billed on a pay-per-use basis in US Dollars. Top-ups are made by card and credited to your wallet in USD.
  • Each task displays an estimated cost before you run it. Your wallet is debited only after a successful generation. Failed generations are not charged.
  • Prices may change as upstream provider prices change. Updated prices apply only to future tasks; tasks already submitted are billed at the quoted rate.
  • Manual top-ups (mobile money, bank transfer) are credited after admin verification. Fraudulent or disputed top-up references may be rejected and may result in account suspension.
  • Wallet balance is non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused balance does not expire while your account is active.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government charges applicable to your use of the Service in your jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • generate, distribute, or store content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction in which the content is consumed;
  • generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or content that sexualizes real individuals without their consent;
  • harass, defraud, defame, or impersonate any person or organization;
  • create malware, phishing pages, fraudulent communications, or content intended to bypass security or authentication systems;
  • infringe intellectual-property rights, trade-secret rights, or rights of publicity;
  • violate the usage terms or content policies of the underlying model provider you selected;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the Service or its providers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and, where required, report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

6. Your content and intellectual property

  • Your inputs. You keep all rights in the prompts, files, and other inputs you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process those inputs solely to operate the Service - including transmitting them to the model provider you selected and storing them in your generation history.
  • Your outputs. As between you and Mluen, the outputs you generate through the Service are yours to use, subject to applicable law and the underlying model provider's terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any output complies with those terms and with the rights of any third parties depicted or referenced.
  • Our platform. The Mluen platform, brand, interface, and software are owned by Mluen and protected by intellectual- property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to the platform itself, other than the right to use the Service as intended.

7. AI output disclaimer

AI outputs are generated by third-party models and can be inaccurate, outdated, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it — especially for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or consequential decisions. The Service does not provide professional advice.

8. Service availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, models, or pricing at any time. Individual models may be paused if the upstream provider is degraded or has materially changed its pricing. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

9. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time through the contact page.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, for suspected fraud or abuse, or to comply with legal obligations.
  • On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MLUEN AND ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT OF YOUR WALLET BALANCE AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) USD 100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mluen and its operators from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law; (b) content you submit or generate through the Service; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual-property and privacy rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Mluen is established, without regard to its conflict-of- laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you a different forum.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, in-app or by email). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
