How does pricing work?

Mluen is pure pay-per-use. You top up your wallet in USD and every generation deducts its exact cost from that balance. There is no subscription, no monthly minimum, and no seat fee.

Will I be charged for failed generations?

No. If a provider returns an error or the generation does not complete successfully, your wallet is not charged. Charges only post after a successful response.

How do I top up my wallet?

You can add funds in USD by card. Your wallet is credited automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Is my wallet balance refundable?

Wallet balance is non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused balance does not expire while your account is active.

Do prices ever change?

Yes. Provider prices change from time to time and we update ours in response. The cost of any specific task is always recalculated and shown to you before you press generate, so you are never billed at a stale rate.

Which AI models can I use?

Mluen aggregates leading models for chat, image, video, and audio - including offerings from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Flux, Qwen, Veo, Kling, Seedance, ElevenLabs and others. The full live catalog with current prices is on the Models page.

Why is a model sometimes unavailable?

Models can be temporarily paused when the upstream provider is degraded, returning errors, or has changed pricing in a way that needs review. We automatically restore them once they are healthy again.

Do you train models on my prompts or outputs?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not train any model on your prompts, files, or generated outputs. Your inputs are only sent to the specific provider you selected for that task.

Who owns the generated content?

As between you and Mluen, the outputs you generate are yours to use, subject to applicable law and the underlying model provider's own usage terms. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and outputs comply with those terms.

What data do you store about me?

Account profile (email, name, optional phone, country), wallet ledger entries, manual payment references you submit, and your generation history. See our Privacy Policy for the full list and retention details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can request account and data deletion at any time via the Contact page. We remove your account and generation history within a reasonable period, subject to legal record-keeping obligations (for example, payment receipts).

How do you keep my account secure?

Authentication is handled by our managed identity provider with industry-standard password hashing, optional Google sign-in, and session tokens scoped per device. We never see or store your password in plaintext.

What am I not allowed to generate?

Accepted Answer

You may not use Mluen to create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, content designed to harass or defraud, malware, or material that infringes intellectual property or violates the underlying model provider's policies. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.

Can I use Mluen for commercial work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Outputs may be used commercially, provided you comply with the underlying model provider's terms and any applicable laws (including image-likeness, trademark, and copyright rules in your jurisdiction).
